Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories. Sorry we do not ship internationally, at this time. All orders: standard, expedited and overnight will be shipped and delivered by USPS. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Shipping is free for orders valuing over $50 before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping details. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. 

  • All orders are subject to credit and address verification.

  • For your protection overnight shipping may require a customer signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.

  • Please allow up to an additional 1 business day from the order date for:

    • Order verification (For the safety of our customers, you may be contacted to verify this information. If contacted, your order will not process until speaking with you.)

    • Tracking information

Shipping rates are automatically calculated per USPS.

*Payments are processed 2-4 business days after your order is placed.

*After payment confirmation, items will be shipped and you will be provided a USPS tracking number which can be checked at USPS.com.

*Once orders have been shipped, the order cannot be changed.

*Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PDT are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

*Shipping times may vary depending on domestic address location.

Tracking your ground or expedited package

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center.  You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours. If you have further questions about your order, please email us at admin@plooshie.com.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Not luving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:

  • Is in new condition

  • Is accompanied by the original invoice/confirmation email

  • Is returned within 30 days of original purchase.

 

Plooshie LLC. is pleased to offer shipping service with the US Postal Service with Pre-paid Return Labels

 

To return your package:

  • Email us at info@plooshie.com to retrieve your return label.

  • Print out the USPS label and affix to your package.

  • Seal the package securely

  • Retain the tracking number for your records**

 

If you would like to ship on your own:

Send the item back to us at the address below using a trackable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package.** If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information clearly written with your return:

  • Your name and billing address

  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift

  • The original invoice/confirmation email, or the order number

Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund*** in accordance with this policy.

Refunds*** will be made in the form of the original payment. It may take up to 3 weeks to fully process refund***.

 

** We are not liable for lost packages.

However, we will work with you and the package in any way we can.

 

**Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders.

 

***Damaged product that was gifted (not directly shipped to you) cannot be returned
